Types of Transport Vehicles

Safety During Transport

Route Planning
When it comes to transporting CNG, route planning is super important. We have to consider a lot of factors. First of all, we want to choose the shortest and safest route. We look at things like traffic conditions, road quality, and the presence of any potential hazards along the way.
We also have to follow all the local and national regulations regarding the transport of hazardous materials. This means avoiding certain areas, like densely populated neighborhoods or areas with a high risk of natural disasters. Our goal is to make sure the CNG gets to its destination as quickly and safely as possible.
Arrival at the Destination
Once the transport vehicle arrives at its destination, which could be a CNG daughter station or a direct – use facility like a factory, the unloading process begins. It’s basically the reverse of the filling process at the mother station.
We use the same high – pressure hoses to connect the vehicle’s storage cylinders to the storage system at the destination. Then, the CNG is transferred from the vehicle to the storage facility. Again, the process is carefully monitored to ensure safety and proper transfer.
